I hit the gym more than my Dads.

Here's what I learned when my Dads took me to the baby gym this weekend:

1. I can do more pull ups than my Papa.
2. I put Kobe to shame on the basketball court.
3. I prefer the "parachute" game to "zip-lining"

Take a look.

Max didn't start the fire...

Can I just say --- my Dads are rockstars! First, they took me for my first horse ride. Then, they took me to the Fire Engine Show. It was super cool. I got to climb inside a real fire engine and spray powerful water out of a hose (either that or I peed my pants... not quite sure). Check it out.

Giddy-up, bitches!

Is that the Lone Ranger? Nope, it's me. Maxwell.

This weekend I rode my first horse and did my best cowboy impersonation. No, it wasn't the Wild Wild West — it was at my local Farmer's Market.

As you can see, I decided to leave my chaps at home.

The haircut of champions...

It's official. I'm a big boy. This past weekend my Dads took me for my third haircut. It's been nearly four months since my last one (my Dads still haven't recovered). But this time was different. I was determined to show them that I'm no longer afraid of the big bad scissors. And guess what happened...

NOTHING.

I didn't shed one tear. I just sat on Papa's lap and played with my cars. That makes me a toddler with a capital T.

Then on Sunday my Dads also took me to a kid museum called Kidspace. I met up with my buddy Skyler and we checked out live bugs, climbed up a tree house and my Dads taught me how to ride a tricycle. However, they made me wear a silly helmet. Relax fellas... I'm hard-headed!

Jolly Blonde Giant

It’s been a busy few weeks, which is why I haven’t updated my blog in a while. But don’t fret — I’m back, bigger and better than before. Literally, I’ve grown an inch and gained 2 pounds. The doc says I’m now in the 25th percentile in weight and 75th in height. So I’m either going to be a Basketball player or the Jolly Green Giant. I haven’t decided yet.

Let’s go back a couple of weeks: In Mid-April, my Dads took me to the Beach House for a little relaxing getaway. And get this, my friend Skyler and his Dad, Harold came to the beach to hang out with me. We played on the sand, hit the Farmer’s Market, and checked out the Pirate Playground. Skyler’s a good dude, but I’m sorta over him throwing around his ten-dollar words like “ball,” “truck” and “cat.” I get it, you’re a few months older than me, you can talk, bla bla bla…

Here’s a photo of the two of us riding the red wagon:

Then, last weekend, My Dads took me to Travel Town, which is a train museum. As soon as we got there, we bumped into Jay Leno, but I refused to shake his hand after that whole Conan debacle. We met my best-friend Colin and his Dad, Chad there. And all five us took a train ride together — it was my first time on a real train. I was so excited, I peed my pants. At least that’s what I’m telling people.

Here’s some photos from the museum:

Other than that, I learned three very important things recently: how to drive an SUV, rock a Phillies baseball cap and vacuum a mean carpet. Don’t believe me? See for yourself.
